I BOUGHT THIS FOR A FRIEND AND SHE LOVED IT! THOUGH I'VE ONLY SEEN THE ANIME AND THE MOVIE, I FIND THE MANGA REALLY INTERESTING AS WELL.
Arrived in beautiful condition and definitely worth my money. I've previously purchased vol 2-4 and I've wanted the whole 5 book collection and now I'm just waiting on the last volume to get to my house from another seller.

This book is awsome! Has drama, action and somewhat funny parts. Bottom line Utena is searching for her prince . It leads her to a school. Good story for one volume . Wish I could read more.

Volume one of Utena got me started into reading manga back in middle school and I have to say, if it wasn't for Utena, I probably wouldn't be into anime and manga now. It's not the typical magical girl manga and because of that I really really love it. Utena is feisty, she's strong, and an all around good role model. My collection is finally complete and I couldn't be happier. This is a must read for all shoujo manga lovers!
